Research holds what the project knows and must satisfy. The design is checked against it later.

The views

Requirements: what the project must provide. Add, edit or remove requirements; each can carry a status you set.
Sources & files: documents, links and files that support the requirements.
Project brief: the brief you started with. Edit it as the project develops.
Codes & standards and Constraints: the rules and limits that apply.
Design decisions: what was decided, why and when.

Open Sources & files and add the document or link.

Open Requirements and add the requirement, naming the source it comes from.

Set its status as you review it.

Statuses are entered by you. BIMIQ does not certify compliance; interpretation and professional review remain with the project team.
