Work in the Design phase

Site strategy, massing and spatial plans over the same model.

Design is where the brief becomes a spatial proposal. Every Design view reads from the same model as BIM, so changes carry through.

Main views

• Site strategy and Site plan: placement, access, parking and outdoor areas.
• Massing study: the building's volumes.
• Spatial plans: rooms, zones and circulation by level.
• Circulation and Vertical circulation: corridors, stairs and lifts.
• Structural strategy, Envelope strategy and Roof strategy: the building's systems at design level.
• Facade editor: window and panel patterns on a selected mass or wall.
• Area plan: rooms coloured by use.

Edit in plan

Select an element to see it in Properties. Drag it in plan, or type exact dimensions. Use the canvas tools to move, rotate, copy, offset, split or delete.
