Credit packs for paid plans, what they cost, how long they last and when they are used.
When your plan's credits for the month run low, you can top up with a credit pack. The more credits you buy at once, the less each one costs.

One-time purchase. Credits last 12 months, are shared by your whole organization, and are used once the month's plan credits run out.

How packs work
- Paid plans only. Credit packs are for Professional and Team. On Free, upgrade first.
- Used after your plan's credits. Each month your plan's credits are used first, then your packs.
- They last 12 months from the day you buy them, and carry over from month to month.
- Shared by your organization. On Team, everyone draws from the same packs.
- If you cancel, your pack credits are kept and count again when you're back on a paid plan.
- Admins buy them in Settings → Billing → Credit packs. Payment is one-time, with a receipt from Polar.
