Module

One gate before you issue.

Bimiq pulls together what it already knows (spec violations, clash issues, document conflicts, overdue RFIs and a live model audit) into a single readiness gate. It separates what blocks the issue from what's only worth knowing.

The readiness gate.

Each row links to the module where you clear it. Once the blocker count reaches zero, the gate reads ready.

Blockers vs advisories

What blocks an issue, and what doesn't.

Blocks the issue

  • Critical spec violations
  • Critical or high clash issues
  • Critical document conflicts
  • Overdue RFIs

Worth knowing

  • Advisory spec violations
  • Non-critical document conflicts
  • Model-health warnings

Medium and low clashes never reach this gate. A large model carries tens of thousands of them, and a deliverable can go out with routine minors still open. They stay on the Clash page.

Live model audit.

The one check the gate runs itself: a live audit of the open Revit model, alongside what the other modules already found. It covers four things.

Model integrity

Open Revit warnings

Data completeness

Rooms missing a number or name, unplaced rooms

Standards

Duplicate type names, views with no template

Sheets & revisions

Views that never made it onto a sheet

All four are advisories, not hard stops. The audit reads the live model through the Bridge, so it needs the model open. If it isn't, Bimiq says so rather than guessing.

One shared gate.

The issue date lives on the project, so the whole team sees the same deadline and the same blocker list. Each source reflects its latest complete run, so the gate is only as current as your last check, and a module you haven't run reads as not checked, never as passed.
