Ask anything about the project and get an answer grounded in what the project actually holds, with the sources shown.

Project Intelligence is the one place that can see across every module at once. Drawing findings, spec conflicts, clash issues, submittal reviews, RFIs and decisions are all in the same project record, and it can read all of them to answer a question.

What you can ask

It is most useful for the questions that span modules, because those are the ones nobody can answer without opening four screens.

What is still open on the party walls?
Has anyone already asked about the ceiling void on level 3?
Which submittals are waiting on a decision that has not been made?
What did we decide about the cladding fixing, and when?
Show me the critical clash issues that do not yet have an RFI.

Every answer is grounded

Answers come from what the project holds, not from general knowledge about construction. The agent reads the record with a set of tools: it searches documents, pulls RFIs, decisions, clash summaries and issues, spec compliance results, document conflicts, drawing findings, submittal reviews, and it can read an individual drawing sheet.

Sources are shown with the answer. If it tells you the party walls were upgraded, it can tell you which decision said so.

When the project does not hold the answer, the correct response is that the project does not hold the answer. It is not there to fill gaps with plausible construction knowledge.

It can act, and it always asks first

Beyond answering, it can do three things:

Raise an RFI
Raise an RFI from an existing finding, carrying the evidence across
Log a decision

Every one of these is confirm-first. Bimiq drafts and proposes, and nothing is created until you approve it. Nothing is sent outside Bimiq on your behalf.

With the Bridge connected

Getting better answers

The quality of the answer is bounded by what is in the project. Three things help more than better phrasing:

Upload the correspondence, not just the drawings. Consultant letters and emails are where most of the real answers live.
Log decisions as they happen. A decision the log does not have is a decision the agent cannot find.
Ask in one question, not five. It can hold a multi-part question and work through it, and it is better at that than at guessing what you meant from a fragment.
